I love meeting in person and often prefer face-to-face interaction over virtual meetings. To ensure our time together is safe, productive, and respectful, I’ve outlined a few of my practices for in-person meetings:

• Venues: I am happy to meet you or your representatives in public spaces (such as restaurants, coffee shops, or public parks) or at your official place of business (an office, co-working space, etc.). For safety and liability reasons, I do not meet at private residences or unauthorized spaces.
• Travel & Location: I cover my own transportation costs within a reasonable range of the MBTA Subway and Bus networks. If you'd like to meet outside of Greater Boston, I just ask for advance notice and that travel costs be covered.
• Accommodations: I want our meeting to be successful for everyone. If you have any specific accommodation requests or preferences, please let me know ahead of time and I will do my best to fulfill them!

To ensure I capture all of your requirements, questions, and feedback accurately, I typically record the audio of our meetings. This allows me to focus fully on our conversation rather than taking frantic notes. To ensure your comfort and privacy, my recording policy is built on the following principles:

• Full Control: You can ask me to pause, stop, or delete a recording at any time before, during, or after a meeting.
• Strict Local Storage (No Third Parties): To protect your privacy and trade secrets, I never upload audio files to third-party services (such as cloud-based transcription tools or cloud storage). All recordings are kept securely on my local, encrypted devices, even without an NDA.
• Internal Use Only: These files are used solely to assist my direct work for you. If a topic from our discussion would ever benefit external research I am conducting, I will always ask for your explicit consent first and will gladly anonymize the information upon request.

Your comfort and privacy are my priorities. If you are ever uncomfortable with any part of this process, please let me know. Open, honest, and direct communication makes for the best collaborations, and requesting adjustments to how we handle recordings is always welcome.
